Label applicator Collamat S300

The Collamat® S 300 is easy to handle. The setup times are very short thanks to intuitive menu navigation and the possibility to save up to 99 programs. The labeller works very precisely thanks to a powerful stepper motor in microstep mode. The high-resolution encoder guarantees a precise labelling position. The high-speed labeller can operate in several operating modes: it can work in simple MONO mode applications. In NON-STOP mode, two labellers are used, which automatically come off in the event of a fault (label roll end, tear, etc.) to avoid missing or duplicate labels. The TANDEM mode with two labellers alternately sticks the labels to the goods in order to increase the throughput.
