Robotic labelling system ERP100
The multi-functional labeling robot workstation ERP 100 is designed for many tasks in one place. The ERP100 enables a continuous process of labeling a product, verifying printed data and folding products into packaging boxes.
The workplace is controlled by a SW application that is tailored to the customer's and process needs. The FANUC robotic arm ensures efficient and consistently high work performance.
Function:
- Continuous feed into individual processes of the workplace.
- Label printing and application.
- Data verification and correct label position control.
- Robotic transfer of correctly labeled products to the hopper in preset quantities.
- Discard non-compliant products in the bypass tray.

Functionality
- The input for batch production is made on the workplace control panel.
- The application cycle is started when the operator or line loads the products onto the receiving conveyor. The application of the labels is ensured by the Collamat label applicator, which is complemented by a perpendicular piston. The upper and lower positions of the applicator piston are reliably indicated by sensors. The application head is equipped with a rubber insert for flawless sticking of the label. The air inflow tube allows easy placement of the label in the applicator.
- After printing and applying, the data on the product label and the product itself is verified by camera system with a special dimming screen, which ensures separation of the camera's light conditions from the ambient light.
- The last part of the workplace process is a FANUC robotic arm with a set of suction cups capable of transferring the product to the packing box with an accuracy of 1 mm.
