RFID Control - Wax Injection
Our company participated in the project for ŠKODA AUTO a.s. .. The project is entitled "High pressure injection of wax by manual method" and we were asked to develop a system for controlling of a single injection of wax into the cavities of the vehicle body.
This control method is based on contactless RFID technology, respectively, for use with contactless chip reading. The process ensures the RFID tags and antennas, tight control of single doses of injected wax and thus considerable savings compared to the standard method of leaching with hot wax.
