Adding to map of AED defibrillators
To the next days with higher security not only in our company, but also in the whole area of the Technology Park in Brno. Thanks to the inspiration in the project of Jakub Žák, 10-10-10 Story by Jakub, and the recent further first aid training from the Institute of Comprehensive Education and Services, Atache s.r.o., we have expanded the number of AED defibrillators in Brno and this rescue point is immediately available for emergencies. In the following days, there will be installation and visible marking. We firmly hope that it will never be needed.
What is AED defibrillator?
An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It's a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use, medical device that can analyze the heart's rhythm and, if necessary, deliver an electrical shock, or defibrillation, to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm.
